Macallan Distil Your World London 70cl. A Limited Edition release produced by Macallan Whisky Maker, Steven Bremner, alongside the Roca brothers of the world-famous restaurant, El Celler de Can Roca of Girona, Spain. The restaurant was opened in 1986 and since then has twice been named the best restaurant in the world by Restaurant magazine. Although the Roca brothers have never felt the need to open more restaurants in other locations, they do occasionally take their cuisine on tour using temporary pop ups venues. Some of these locations have included the city of London, which this release is dedicated to.
The whisky has been aged in six First Fill European Oak Oloroso Seasoned Casks and bottled at Cask Strength. The bottle is presented in a beautiful display case which features a 3D triangular design and a hidden compartment containing a book which details the release.
One of 2,000 bottles which originally went on sale in Autumn 2020.

The second release in this Limited Edition range takes the theme to the Big Apple, New York, USA. The whisky itself was matured in a combination of American and European Oak Casks, selected to reflect the flavours and ingredients that define New York, and you can expect notes of apple, peanut brittle, and milk chocolate from this exceptional Single Malt. It comes uniquely presented in a gift box depicting a map of New York, alongside a book showcasing the city as well as the whisky's journey.
Only 1,000 bottles have been produced.
