The Lakes Distillery The Whiskymaker's Edition Colheita 70cl. Drawn from The Whiskymaker’s collection of bespoke casks, the inaugural release of The Lakes Whiskymaker's Editions brings Colheita Port's influence into the frame. In Portuguese, Colheita (Col-yate-a) means “harvest”, which in this instance is a supreme and exceptionally rare expression of aged Tawny Port made exclusively of grapes from a single vintage. Bottled at 52%ABV this one of 5400 produced.
The Lakes Distillery The Whiskymaker's Edition Bal Masque 70cl. The fourth release in The Whiskymaker’s Editions series. French oak is known to be the most porous of all the wood-grains and is notoriously difficult to control but, with so many flavour compounds and tannins, it can create a beautiful character with the right care and environment. Bal Masque is non-chill filtered and bottled with natural colour at 54% ABV. Please note the cellophane wrapper on the stopper is loose and can be removed.

This edition has been matured in a selection of bespoke ex-Sherry Casks before being bottled at a strength of 57% abv.
