Daftmill 2010 Winter Batch Release 70cl. Daftmill is a family owned farm distillery in Fife, who use their own excellent barley to make each bottling of Daftmill. This is their 2010 Winter edition which uses Publican Barley in distillation. This batch is a combination of 25 First Fill Bourbon Barrels, filled in November and December 2010 and bottled in 2023. This one of 6550 bottles released.
