Royal Lochnagar 1994 26 Year Old The Sleeping Beauty Single Cask #1289 70cl. This 26 Year Old Royal Lochnagar has been bottled as part of Diageo's Casks of Distinction Series. Each Cask of Distinction is chosen on the basis of their quality, representing the most exceptional and singular expression of the Distillery’s character.
This Cask #1289 was distilled 4th November 1994 and laid down at the instigation of Lord MacFarlane of Bearsden, who was Chairman of United Distillers at the time and Vice Chairman of The Scottish Ballet. After 26 Years of maturation in European Oak #1289, The Sleeping Beauty was bottled at 56.3%ABV with a limited number of 503 bottles produced, this being number 500.

Each bottle is accompanied by a programme for The Scottish Ballet.
